FAQ'S and TOS

• Polyester glitter is made of a polyester fabric film that is permeated with highly pigmented color throughout, instead of being surface coated like craft glitter.
• Unlike craft glitter, polyester glitter, even when subjected to continuous UV light and extreme heat, does not loose its sparkle. Craft glitter is meant to be used indoors and will mattify over time. 
• Because Polyester glitter will lay flat on a surface, it will cover up to 10X more surface area than craft glitter. Polyester glitter laying flat also reduces the amount of sanding required to make a surface smooth after applying the glitter.
• Polyester glitter is compatible with multiple mediums such as resin, epoxy, nail polish, makeup glue, slime and much more

 

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

• Please log into your account to check the status and tracking information for your order.
• Upon marking your order as shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

** Please note we do print out the shipping labels sometimes 3-4 days prior to shipping the products to prep your items for shipping. This may account for why it looks like a label has been printed but it has not yet been accepted by the post office.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

• Between Nov.1 - Feb. 1, please wait at least 20 days before contacting us about any lost packages to try to claim any insurance through us due to the volume of the packages handled by the shipping carriers
• We do not guarantee any other insurance products, but ours.

• This means your package has left our warehouse, and is on its way to you.  

• We DO ship internationally.
• The postage based on weight and location and will be calculated during checkout.
• Payment for international orders must be in a form OTHER THAN PayPal or PayPal Express, since they do not support international shipping.

• This shipping option covers packages that are stolen/lost in transit from our warehouse to your hands.
• Right now UPS is rarely covering and USPS never covers packages that are marked as "delivered" but either 1. never were (stolen by the driver or within the delivery company) or 2. stolen off your porch or from your mailbox. Our customers expect us to pick up the tab for these packages and we have been. Theft has become so prevalent that we can no longer absorb that expense.
• As of December 1st 2018 we are now offering STANDARD SHIPPING WITH PACKAGE INSURANCE and the cost for that is an added $2.00 above the standard $7.95 per order, or $9.95 for orders that total over $125.00.

• Orders shipped outside the United States have calculated shipping, determined at the time of check out, by weight, size of shipping container, and mail service.

• We respond to messages Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm MST. The best way to contact us is by using the Contact Us form located at the top of the website. You can also email us at pdbglitter@gmail.com
• Emails are responded to within 24 business hours
• Questions about products or orders should be directed to the Contact Us Form. Questions asked in the order notes will not be responded to.

• PDB Creative Studio allows up to 5 days, upon delivery of order, to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s) for support in resolution.
• If approved for a return, items must be shipped for return no later than 5 days after the approval. Items not shipped within 5 days of return approval will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned back to you without a refund.
• Any requests after 5 days of delivery will be denied.
• Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund or exchange.
• Items returned or canceled that were purchased using Sezzle will incur a 4.5% transaction/restock fee.
• All clearance/closeout and transfer sales are final and are not eligible for refund or return.
• All digital file sales are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return.
• Purchases made using a discount/promotional code are final and are not eligible for refund or return.

• Discounts and promotions can not be used on previously placed orders for refunds.
• Discount and promotion codes must be used at the time of purchase.
• Gold and Diamond Club discounts are not allowed on clearance items, gift cards, tumblers, subscriptions or Collection Boxes.
• Limit one code per purchase.

FREEBIE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

• Promotional free items are offered based on the total amount in your cart before taxes and shipping and after discounts have been applied
• Promotional free items do not apply to gift card purchases that do not also include physical/shippable items in the same order. 
• These items are not eligible for refunds or replacements
• These items may ship separately from your order and can take weeks-months to receive based on the volume of orders during the promotion.
• If you remove free items from your cart during shopping/check out we will not be responsible for shipping you the removed items. 
• If you remove items from your cart and the free items are left in the cart without a qualifying purchase amount, you will not receive the freebie item.
• Gift cards sent by PDB for any promotion are good for 30 days only. It is not possible to reactivate gift cards that were not used within those 30 days. Once the 30 days has passed the gift card is void with no exceptions.

• 1 Ambassador discount code can be used in combination with the automatic discount of 30%
• Spend $100 (after discount) and be eligible for the Free Sparkle University t-shirt. One shirt per person during the sale. If you have 3 qualifying orders, you will only receive one t-shirt. 
• Spend $125 (after discount) and be eligible for the Free Custom Rhinestone Mix. All orders that qualify will receive the rhinestone mix. If you have 3 qualifying orders, you will receive 3 of the custom rhinestone mix.

• Processing time for sales is 10-15 business days

• Clearance items are not eligible for return, refunds or exchanges. Clearance item sales are sold as is and the sale is final.
• If an item goes on sale after the purchase, we do not do any adjustments - even if it was that same day or within hours.
• Gold and Diamond Club discounts are not allowed on Clearance items.

You can take a one month pause on your subscription, but anything longer than that will require a cancelation.  We understand things do come up in these trying times.  If this is the case, we can reactivate it within 6 months.  If you contact us, you do not need to go back on the waitlist. After 6 months, you will have to start over on the waitlist. 

• This is a special Facebook group for subscribers of the Glitter Packs & Rhinestone Packs
• This gives members first views and access to new items, tutorials, Facebook lives and other goodies
• Subscribers that would like to join the Sparkle society will need to request to join and then verify their name and email address associated with their subscription to be vetted for entry to the group.

• Once a member purchases $500 or more in PDB products, they become eligible to be a Gold Club member
• This entitles them to a 10% discount code good for all purchases, except glitter packs, clearance items, collection boxes and shipping
• Glitter packs do count towards the accumulation of the total

• 90% our glitters are made of polyester, are solvent resistant, heat resistant, and water resistant and better for the environment.

Sezzle is a way to purchase items now and pay over time.  It is an interest free option where you pay for your purchase in 4 payments over time, and receive the items from us without having to wait. This option is available for purchases totaling $75 or more before shipping during check out. 

• Please note, should you cancel an order where Sezzle was the payment option used, we will deduct the transaction fee that Sezzle charges us from your order.
